Hetal Kudecha

Hetal is the founder of Discidium Solutions, a brand that aims to disrupt the market and has quality,
delivery and affordability at its core. It focuses on providing comprehensive legal, compliance and advisory solutions for an entity.

Hetal is a company secretary and a lawyer with over two decades of experience in corporate advisory,
business solutions and compliance space. She has a diploma in intellectual property laws from NMIMS, as well as master’s degree in commerce. She has recently completed the Startup Leadership Program in November 2022 and works with startups in early stages (seed /pre-revenue / early growth) and advises them on their structuring and funding requirements as well as acts as a sounding board and an advisor.

In her consulting career spanning nearly two decades, Hetal has managed several projects on:

• entity set up (companies, LLPs, branch offices, liaison offices, project offices), due diligence, health

• check and compliances;

• transactional advisory services on various company law aspects;

• best practices for knowledge management, including drafting and review of policies, processes and

• standard operating procedures;

• corporate social responsibility;

• corporate governance;

• FDI implications and compliances;

• wide range of corporate law processes and compliances, including, but not limited to:

  • India entry options, key entity differentiators and on-going compliances;

  • search reports for project finance & due diligences;

  • board restructuring.

Hetal has worked with leading brands like Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Ernst & Young LLP for a
large part of her consulting career where she has advised some very well-known and established
corporate houses in India. She is also an independent director and is a mentor to several startups in the legal, regulatory and compliance space.
